Once again the time has arrived and the big day awaits. The training is done, I hope you have all tapered and are well rested for the journey that awaits.

It’s that time of year again when our heroes from acsis VOB go out to face the hills of Durban whilst we lesser mortals stay glued to the TV spotting the blue and white stripes of our Club Colours! Good Luck to each and every one of you – you have all worked so hard to attain your goal, the work is done , now go out and DO IT!

With the onset of winter, there will be three groups setting off at 5 30pm. This is to help those who prefer not running in the dark. However, this is not replacing the 6pm Pack Runs which will still be available as the traffic congestion does prevent a number of members getting to the club by 5 30pm.

Please remember you need to be visible while running at this time of the year – wear a reflective belt or bib! Black running clothes not a great idea!

2012 Licence Numbers will be available at the club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 till 6:00pm. Please download and print out the forms below and bring them with you to the club with proof of payment. We would prefer if you could make EFT payments as this is the safest method.
