Club Runs

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.00pm, about eight groups run from the clubhouse for approximately an hour.

Speeds range from 4.15 mins/km to 7 mins/km – so there’s sure to be a group to match your pace.

What’s more, we’re very fortunate in having some of the most scenic running routes in the Peninsula.

There’s also an interval training group led by some of our top runners every Tuesday evening. They run from the club and do repeats of either 400m, 800m, 1000m or hills. Interval training is for everyone to participate in and there is no restriction to who can join this group.
